At Switchkraft, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
